Mới đây, thành phố Đà Nẵng đã cho phép triển khai chương trình thử nghiệm có kiểm soát (regulatory sandbox) đối với một giải pháp công nghệ cho phép chuyển đổi tài sản số USDT (Tether) sang tiền pháp định Việt Nam đồng (VND) và ngược lại.

Viet Nam has adopted a new legal framework providing for the establishment of a specialized court to adjudicate disputes arising within the country’s planned International Financial Center (IFC). The initiative represents a significant step in strengthening the legal and institutional infrastructure supporting Viet Nam’s ambition to develop a competitive regional financial hub.

On the afternoon of 16 January, concluding the First Meeting of the Steering Committee for the International Financial Centre in Viet Nam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Steering Committee, emphasized that the International Financial Centre in Ho Chi Minh City must be officially launched no later than 9 February 2026. 

Effective 18 December 2025, Decree 324/2025/ND-CP establishes comprehensive financial policies for Vietnam’s International Financial Center (IFC), including significant corporate and personal income tax incentives and the permission to use international accounting standards. The Decree also sets forth specific licensing rules for securities, insurance, and equity crowdfunding platforms, alongside a 'sandbox' mechanism for fintech innovation.

Government of Vietnam issued Decree No. 329/2025/ND-CP, providing regulations on foreign exchange management, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and counter-proliferation financing within the International Financial Centre (IFC) of Vietnam. This Decree establishes a specialised financial-security and monetary regulatory framework, aligned with international standards, governing banking operations and cross-border financial transactions conducted within the IFC.

Chính phủ Việt Nam ban hành Nghị định số 329/2025/NĐ-CP, quy định về quản lý ngoại hối, phòng chống rửa tiền, chống tài trợ khủng bố và tài trợ phổ biến vũ khí hủy diệt hàng loạt trong phạm vi hoạt động của Trung tâm Tài chính Quốc tế tại Việt Nam. Đây là văn bản then chốt nhằm thiết lập hành lang an toàn tài chính – tiền tệ đặc thù, phù hợp với chuẩn mực quốc tế, cho các hoạt động ngân hàng và giao dịch tài chính xuyên biên giới tại Trung tâm.

The Government of Vietnam has just issued Decree No. 327/2025/ND-CP, regulating entry, exit and residence policies for foreigners working at the International Financial Center in Vietnam. This Decree establishes a separate, flexible and preferential legal mechanism to attract strategic investors, experts, managers and high-quality human resources to participate in long-term operations at the International Financial Center.

Chính phủ Việt Nam vừa ban hành Nghị định số 327/2025/NĐ-CP, quy định chính sách nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh và cư trú đối với người nước ngoài làm việc tại Trung tâm Tài chính Quốc tế tại Việt Nam. Nghị định này thiết lập cơ chế pháp lý riêng, linh hoạt và ưu tiên, nhằm thu hút nhà đầu tư chiến lược, chuyên gia, nhà quản lý và nhân lực chất lượng cao tham gia hoạt động lâu dài tại Trung tâm Tài chính Quốc tế.
